The dormitory of Nizhny Tagil Technological Institute was built in 1987. This nine-story building is located next to the Institute (Building 2, 59 Krasnogvardeyskaya st.)

Two-three students live in apartments. Each apartment is equipped with necessary furniture, a fridge and an electric cooker. The facilities of the dormitory include a gym, a recreation room and a laundry room. Each room is fitted with a fire alarm.

The dormitory is under 24-hour security, which excludes outsiders from entering the premises.
